1)  Update the Park Impact Fee

2)  Organize a beautification committee
     a)  Create a city beautification plan

3)  Create a tree-scape plan for 3200 South

4)  Adopt a work order tracking process (iWorks)

5)  Create an Economic Development Plan

6)  Develop a Emergency Preparedness Plan
     a)  Conduct a drill

7)  Continue to improve the City’s communication with residents:
     a)  Adopt citizen complaint tracking process (iWorks)
     b)  Evaluate & improve our communication tools, i.e., website,
          newsletter, etc.
     c)  Create a ‘Making Life Better’ education campaign

8)  Update our Public Works Master Plan

9)  Update our Light Ordinance
     a)  Prohibit up light in residential or commercial.

10)  Create a City Center Plan with accompanying ordinance
