1) Complete Nibley City’s Parks and Trails Plan by July 2008.
2) Complete and pass the update of our General Plan by 6 December 2007.
This will include an update of our Land Use Plan (zoning map.)
3) Summarize Nibley City notification
requirements and Land Use Authority by 3 January 2008.
4) Approve the new Conservation
Subdivision Zone by February 2008.
5) Approve an updated Planned Unit
Development Ordinance by February 2008.
6) Approve an updated Commercial Design
Standards Ordinance by April 2008.
7) Create more opportunities for citizen
involvement to develop a sense of community pride.
