Basic Water Fee - $10.50 + $0.95 / 1,000 gallons use
60 Gallon Trash Container - $11.25
90 Gallon Trash Container - $13.50
Sewer - $38.00
Storm Water - $4.00
911 Communication Fee - $2.00
Blue Recycling Container - $3.00
Green Waste Container - $4.00 (optional)
Payments are due on or before the 20th of each month.
Penalty fees are applied after the 20th for late payments, as stated in the Utility Agreement. Residents may pay bills online using the secure payment form located on the left navigation bar.
Several federal and state programs are available to assist low-income
households with electric, gas, and phone bills. For instance, HEAT (Home Energy
Assistance Target) helps eligible households meet the rising costs of home
heating. The Weatherization Program is designed to help make homes more energy
efficient by providing evaluations, insulation, air sealing, and furnace
repairs. HELP (Home Electric Lifeline Program) provides a monthly discount on
eligible customers’ electric bills. If you think you may qualify for one or more

An additional program, UTAP (Utah Telephone Assistance Program), assists with
monthly basic local telephone service for low-income customers. For more

DOG LICENSING INFORMATION
Dog license fees and rabies verification are due before
March 1st of each year. Fees will double after that time. A Rabies
Clinic is held in Hyrum each February (watch the newsletter for details).
The annual fees are as follows:
Spayed or Neutered Dogs - $10.00
Male Dogs - $12.00
Female Dogs - $15.00
Late Fee (March 1st forward) - $10.00
Kennel License - $25.00 (required for 3 or more dogs and with P&Z Commission's approval)
PARK INFORMATION
All parks and picnic areas are available for
reservation. A $25 fee and $20 deposit is required. The deposit is
returned when the key is brought back.
